Inspired by the Mangrove tree, the tower features a succession of alternative opaque and transparent solid strips, like the flying Mangrove roots. Made of glass and aluminum, it is alternatively reflective, opaque, or transparent depending on the light orientation and the people’s view angle, creating a living facade that never feels the same. A solid feeling for the three-floor podium, composed of stone and glass, ensures the stability of the design. The main body’s facade smoothly features more glazing over the top, becoming the crown with stunning views of the Sea, creating a lantern feeling during the night. The crown is a four-floor height glazed space surrounding a sculptural arrangement of timber boxes along the core, housing executive meeting rooms and other VIP spaces.
