Eden

What is a hotel? It is a place where people can evade and experience a different lifestyle. Therefore, this hotel revolves around a central seven-floor naturally-lit atrium housing a tropical forest. From the entrance on the ground floor, visitors will be immersed in a new world and can experience the garden, which houses a half-sunken amphitheater along its end. The bedrooms are longitudinal, with all their rooms enjoying natural light. They are desserved by a system of passageways opened to the atrium, and connected by bridges in different locations, bringing guests a unique experience of the garden. Two-floor-height opened spaces on the South and North facades illuminate the central atrium, and serve as guest lounges. Organized around a series of holes illuminating the central garden, the height floor houses public guests’ functions such as fitness and balneotherapy. It features a wide terrace and an outdoor swimming pool with a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea. On the ninth floor is the restaurant, enjoying a 360-degree view of the city. Covering the roof and terraces, solar panel canopies provide shadows and electricity for the complex.
