Sports centers are more than just buildings – they are iconic landmarks that hold a special place in the hearts of many. They are a hub of public life and activity, but they also need to be carefully designed to blend in with their surroundings. Composed of a gymnasium and a natatorium, we envisioned these structures as delicate flowers floating on a serene lake, with the gymnasium as the main lotus flower. Its circular shape evokes a sense of community and togetherness that is at the heart of any sports facility.
