Located in the heart of the bustling Pudong district lies a vibrant site, just 3.5 km South of the Shanghai World Expo site. Our vision was to create a new district that is densely connected and full of life. By cleverly arranging the different functions of the program, we have achieved our goal of creating a place where everything is interconnected. Towering office buildings and bustling retail malls line the main street, creating a lively atmosphere. Meanwhile, the residential buildings rise like small mountains along the serene canal, blending seamlessly with the surroundings. We have harnessed the potential of the existing canals and expanded it to make it a prominent feature of the North plot, with an aim to develop fluvial transportation. The podium has been covered with lush roof gardens to create a new park in the city, utilizing the different layers of the buildings to their fullest potential. The towers have been shaped to complement the node points, views, and sun, creating a unique landmark that is sure to leave a lasting impression.
